A cuvée of Barbera, Dolcetto, and Syrah from the southern Piemonte, gently extracted with a portion of whole grapes and aged in large barrels. As the name suggests, the wine aims for simplicity, but with great flavor intensity and the liveliness that always characterizes Stefano's wines. Best served at 15°C and perfect with rich tomato sauces.
