Mas Gomá is a family winery with a long tradition of producing sparkling wines in the Penedès region of Catalonia. L'Alba Al Turó Brisat is made from Macabeu, an indigenous grape variety, and undergoes 15 days of skin contact before being bottled as a PetNat. Fruity yet well-structured, it has a fine mousse and a dry, herbal finish. With its citrus aromas and refreshing finish, it makes an excellent aperitif. Best enjoyed chilled at 8°C, it pairs wonderfully with light snacks like radishes with creamy dips.
