There is a lot of heart and passion in Naboso wines. It is therefore hardly surprising that Nadja and Andrej chose names for their wines that underline this personal bond. "Doma" stands for "at home" and symbolizes their favorite place - where their wines are made and where the two prefer to spend time.
The 4 grape varieties fermented separately for 2 weeks on the skins with stems in open 500 to 750l vats. After pressing, the wine aged for one year in neutral acacia and oak barrels on the lees and went through malolactic fermentation.
After one year barrel aging was blended it into tanks and bottled in November 2024.
