Very acidic and lemony Chardonnay. Made to be the base of the Paparazza then it turned into a single bottle. The name of the wine is a provocation against a famous italian journalist who called the natural wine "sciatto" in Italian, which means slovenly in English.
With an extra ‘l’, in Italian the wine sounds spacey, totally the opposite then "sciatto"!
in fact, the name and graphics refer to the famous spaceship.
