The Haider family has been producing grapes in the Seewinkel region of Neusiedlersee for four generations. The sandy and gravelly brown earth soils of the Siebenmahd, Weissee, Hofacker and Neubruch vineyards, together with the mild Pannonian climate allow the vines to thrive. Organic viticulture is certified for almost 15 years, during which the gradual move to biodynamic, now Demeter certified, results in wines with generous fruit character, yet a balanced freshness and liveliness. An eclectic range of wines spreads from sexy red bubbles, through aromatic whites and crunchier reds and there is also space for a Demeter-certified Eiswein.
