The Truth is a Blaufränkisch grown on the iron-rich soils of Burgenland around Apetlon. Haider gives this grape variety a cheerful and bright expression through carbonic maceration, which emphasises the cherry aromas and spicy character. No oak barrels, bright fruit, fresh acidity, no added sulphur. It is easy to drink and is best served chilled at 12°C. It goes well with tomato-based dishes or simply with a red pizza.
