Pizzicante Rosato is the Ancestrale version Le Coste produces mainly from Aleatico grapes, the main variety in the area and Sangiovese and Merlot.
The wine ends its fermentation in the bottle, and disgorgement takes place by hand in the historic cellars of Gradoli after at least one year. The bottles were topped up with Aleatico 2019. Aromatic, fresh, it smells of roses and raspberries.
