The use of amphoras sometimes bring oxidation to the wines so Marco and Davide decided to use a reductive variety as Pecorino to make a wine called "Possibly" that sounds like something you have in mind and that could really work. And it worked! From the Villa Celiera vineyard at 600 meter asl, hand destemmed and one week of skin contact such a great Pecorino is now reality!
