The latest addition in the Succus range is the Rot. 100% Blaufränkisch from a single vineyard produced in 2022 for the first time. Two weeks of carbonic maceration, after which the wine is only stomped before being moved to a single 300L barrel. The wine ages for 10 months without racking before being bottled unsulfur. A super fresh and crunchy Blaufränkisch, filled with red cherries, floral notes and just a hint of tannin. Great served slightly chilled to highlight its delicate freshness and feather light body.
