Ansa is the first wine of the new experimental line of Piriwe winery, made of six wines in total, each one named with its own ordinal numeral adjective in the dialectal version. It is a macerated white wine, born as a cuvee of five different varieties and fermented in wooden vats. It is of an intense golden yellow color, excellent aromatic concentration and an unexpected lightness in the mouth: a definitely easy drinking wine which, despite having only 12,5%, it certainly does not lack character. An orange wine capable of convincing even the most demanding palates.
