In the hills of San Miniato, in the province of Pisa, Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Vermentino are primarily used to produce Annick, a young and fresh Tuscan white wine with brief skin contact. The biodynamic grapes are grown in vineyards oriented to the southwest and vinified in stainless steel to highlight the fresh fruit aromas. Drink it chilled at 8°-10°C and enjoy it with dishes featuring herbs and greener flavors.
