Sekt produced from Pinot Blanc grapes, which were first fermented in oak casks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine spends 9 months in contact with the yeast before disgorgement. Zero Dosage means the wine is completely dry and topped up post disgorgement with the exact same wine, with no added sugar to balance any acidity. Nice perlage and a citrus core for a great first elegant attempt from Patricia and Florian.
