A blend representative of all three white varieties typical of this part of Sicily. Mainly Grillo, supported by the right amount of Catarratto and Zibibbo, adding both fleshy fruit and perfumes. A short stay on the skins allows for a little more extraction, after which the wine goes to stainless steel for maturation. Overall a fresh expression, with gentle aromatic input and the briney flavours of the sea that Marsala's location and terroir can so well present.
