Konkret Weiß takes its name from the egg-shaped cement containers in which the vinification takes place. The grapes used to make this macerated white wine come from the Austrian vineyards of Meinklang, located near Pamhagen in Burgenland, a strip of land today Austrian, but once belonging to a wider regione called Pannonia. We are in front of a great interpretation of Gewürztraminer, the queen of the aromatic varieties of Central Europe: the nose expresses all its aromaticity in a storm of scents and nuances. It is a wine with an imposing size, but at the same time, it has a remarkable fluidity in the mouth, where it moves sinuously and gracefully.
