Someone one day had the crazy idea of planting Gewürztraminer in Campania at these altitudes. We thank you, whoever you are. The grapes come from a rented vineyard in Carife, grown and vinified in collaboration with Nicola Nardone, one of the Irpinia most promising winemakers. Sandy soils with a large presence of marine fossils, an ideal combination with the spiciness of this grape variety.
Vinification in steel, ten days on the skins and a small percentage of stems, one year on fine lees and 6 months in the bottle. No sulphites added.
