It all starts with an explosion of red berries, but the bouquet of Ro'za can be as fruity as it is herbaceous, with scents of sage and aromatic herbs. This true oenological infusion is made from a 50-50 cuvee of two PIWI grapes, Souvigier Gris and Cerason, and is capable of lulling the palate as well: fullness, depth and freshness, combined with the characterful imprint of Ploder-Rosenberg's wines. Two days of whole cluster maceration, ten months of maturation on the lees in steel tanks and another seven in 500l barrels to redefine the concept of rosé wine.
