The name of this wine recalls that it is produced from grapes that are not owned by the winery but come from old vineyards that are leased.
The base is Sangiovese with an addition of Trebbiano from the same vineyard. Harvested at night and pressed directly, the second fermentation in the bottle takes place with the addition of frozen must from the same harvest.
Fruity and creamy, sparkling, perfect for accompanying pleasant late summer dinners.
