Mas Gomá is a family winery with a long tradition of producing sparkling wines using the traditional method in the Penedès region of Catalonia. La Planta is a blend of Macabeu and Xarello from the 2020 harvest, which aged for 24 months on the lees before disgorging. Brut Nature, meaning very dry, it offers a fresh citrus character with biscuit aromas. Best enjoyed chilled at 8°C, it pairs wonderfully with a buttery quiche or matured cheeses.
