"Prode" means vineyard rows in the Pisan dialect, and "Tredici" are the thirteen rows that give birth to this wine that was born from an exclusive collaboration between the Archi and Vinifero. Made from a 60 years old vineyard of Sangiovese and Canaiolo, this is a juicy red to drink every day. The floral notes of Canaiolo combine with the tannin and ripe cherry of Sangiovese. A brief aging in used wood makes it rounder and more pleasant. Drink it fresh at 18°C and enjoy it paired with umami flavors like soy sauce or mushrooms.
