Bruto and The Beast is the sparkling wine of Valli Unite, obtained by the ancestral method, the oldest way to obtain the beloved bubbles and unique in its kind for not being produced through a second induced fermentation, but simply re-fermented in the bottle by adding the flower must. In this bottle, two white grape varieties, Cortese and Malvasia, dance in pairs through the vital bubbly atmosphere of the liquid.
