The other side of Hollenburger is represented by Riesling, another great specialty of the Kremstal area. Proposed also in this case in a non-vintage version, this label has all the pedigree of the best Rhine Riesling: a bouquet of stone fruit where apricots and kumquat stand out, then citrus notes and some hints of aromatic herbs, while on the palate it shows a pleasing acidity and a light sensation of spiciness. Above all, the great minerality provided by the soils increases the olfactory elegance and gives depth to the taste.
