When originality and research meet territory and savoir faire: that's Himmel auf Erden in the white version. Mostly composed of the autochthonous grape Scheurebe, that gives a high acidity content and a vegetal-nutty character, it is completed by an addition of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and the austrian ubiquitous variety Grüner Veltliner, all growing on mixed soils, made of limestone, pebble and slate. The four varieties are crushed together with the feet, fermented and aged for a few months in 10hl used barrels. It is a wine with a straightforward silhouette, displaying a magnificent minerality that reminds of wet stones, all wrapped up in herbaceous nuances of wildflowers, while in the mouth it moves gracefully with juiciness, depths and verticality.
