A skin-fermented Grüner Veltliner from the limestone-rich terroir of Hollenburg, known for producing wines of great minerality and precision. Thanks to biodynamics, Christoph's wines exhibit an incredibly lively energy, and the complexity is achieved through a blend of three different vintages. With only 11% alcohol, the wine shows ripe aromas of quince and clementine with a hint of creaminess. Drink it at a temperature of 10-12°C and pair it with herb-infused fresh cheese.
