Yeshua is an orange wine made from Trebbiano grapes, sourced from an old vineyard. The grapes undergo around 10 days of maceration. The fermentation takes place in a combination of oak and stainless steel, where the wine rests for 12 months before bottling. The result is a wine with aromas of dried fruits, a solid structure, and a subtle creaminess that adds depth. Best enjoyed lightly chilled at 12°C, it pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses and roasted or caramelized dishes.
