Rosammare is a rosé coming from a young vineyard of Nero d'Avola, which is harvested  around the middle of August, with slight adjustments every year. By harvesting earlier than the other vineyards, Nino and his team look to preserve freshness, keeping the alcohol on the low side for a crunchy rosé packed with personality. Vinified in stainless steel and bottled without added sulfur, Rosammare shows crunchy raspberry dressed in lime juice, with that typical saline finish present in so many of Nino's wines. Vibrant and laser sharp, a very gastronomic wine with anything that comes from the sea.
