Every year, Nino produces a small, exquisite batch of classic-method sparkling wines.
For this one the red grapes come from comes from the Carcitella vineyard in Mazara del Vallo made of red, stony soils, which gives minerality to the wine. The second fermentation occurs in bottle after one year, using must from the following harvest. This sparkling wine matured on the lees for 24 months, developing complexity, depth, and finesse, with elegant and persistent bubbles.
