In the hills of Southern Styria, the Ploder Rosenberg family has made a name for themselves by increasingly working with Piwi grape varieties, aiming to minimize spraying in the vineyard. This PetNat is made from Cerason and Souvignier Gris, with a short maceration to add more structure to the fruity core. Chilled at 8-10°C, it makes a fantastic aperitif or a great companion for light snacks.
