A Pet Nat from the top of the Weinviertel, near the Czech border. The Zweigelt from the granitic soil of the Kalvarienberg vineyard displays a beautiful intensity of fruit, supported by a touch of Merlot that adds depth and color. Lots of freshness, rounded off with a hint of residual sugar and a persistent sparkle. Drink it at 8°-10°C as an aperitif or with light snacks.
