Giandon Rosso is made from Marzemino, Malbo Gentile and Lambrusco Grasparossa. After a short maceration, the wine matures for around 12 months in concrete before being bottled. Crisp berry fruit aromas pair with a lively acidity at a moderate alcohol, increasing its drinkability.
Giandon should be enjoyed slightly chilled and pairs really well with tomato-based pasta dishes and slightly smoky flavours.
