Three types of Muscat are involved in the making of Himmel II 2023. These varieties possess a large aromatic range of flavours, especially in their skins, meaning they are wonderful varieties for skin-contact winemaking. Extraction is really gentle in typical Tschida style, before the pressed wine goes into large Austrian oak casks for a 12 month maturation.
