Bianchetto is one of the juiciest and easy-drinking natural wines you could ask for. Light in alcohol with a bright acidity and just a touch of tannins thanks to a few hours of skin contact. On the palate tropical fruits come through, with intense pinapple notes, fleshy mango and a good amount of yeastiness and funk. A very sessionable wine!
