The three varieties are crushed together with the feet, fermented and aged for a few months in 10hl used barrels. It is a wine with a straightforward silhouette, displaying a magnificent minerality that reminds of wet stones, all wrapped up in herbaceous nuances of wildflowers, while in the mouth it moves gracefully with juiciness, depths and verticality.
