Rosé Rurale is a light sparkling wine by Christoph Hoch made from Muscat and Zweigelt, grown south of the Danube in Hollenburg. It is a blend of two vintages and is fermented with the addition of fresh must instead of yeast and sugar. The bouquet displays alluring floral aromas, a hint of crisp red fruits, fresh acidity, and an elegant effervescence.
Drink it chilled at 8°C and pair it with light snacks or desserts made from red fruits.
