Grape varieties: Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce
Alcohol: 12%
Region: Modena, Emilia-Romagna
Winemaker: Luciano Saetti
The Lambrusco Salamino grapes remain in contact with the skins for three days, then they are pressed and left to ferment. In January, the wine is bottled with the addition of its own must, which has been frozen and left to ferment and age for a few months.
It is then disgorged by hand and the bottles are filled with the same wine. A fantastic dry pas dosé, fruity but never banal. All labels are made of fabric and applied by hand.
Each bottle contains a message from the Saetti family under the capsule for the lucky people who are about to drink one of their fantastic bottles.
