100% Barbera harvested a little earlier to represent the juiciest and freshest side of this variety with a strong sense of place in the Basso Piemonte. Barbera naturally lends crisp acidity and a crunchy cherry fruit profile, with a leafy tone as well. Bottled during the first fermentation, the wine is disgorged the following spring. Surely not another uncomplicated Pet-Nat.
